Skirts In Winter
So I took the plunge and for the last few days have been wearing skirts. I am currently wearing jeans under them, though, because I don't have the money to buy something else for the time being. It is quite warm this way. Just the extra layer of the skirt helps a ton. I'm going to keep wearing them this way until I cam get some money to get some other things to go under them.

Walmart and target both have warm tights for about 5-6 dollars. Also, walmart carries thermal underwear as well as leggings to go under. I wore a denim skirt yesterday with thermal underwear and I was so toasty
So, I can never seem to find this thermal underwear people seem to speak about. Is it in the accessories section or what? Are tights really warm enough for here during winter?
